Preparation method: Add about 2 grams of matcha powder. Use 70–80 ml of hot water at approximately 80 °C. Whisk the mixture using a special whisk or spoon until a nice foam appears on the surface. You can enjoy matcha tea powder hot, or add it to milk to make a 'Matcha Latte', or prepare it iced with ice cubes for a refreshing summer drink.
