Pour the chocolate, jelly, or caramel mixture into clean, dry molds, without filling them completely. Place the mold on a flat tray before placing it in the oven or refrigerator for stability. After baking or cooling, allow to temper for a few minutes, then gently remove the sweets thanks to the flexibility of the silicone. Do not use sharp objects for removal.
