To use Escada Celebrate N.O.W. Nail Polish , start by cleaning and drying your nails. Apply a base coat, shake the bottle of Escada Celebrate N.O.W. Nail Polish , and apply a thin and even coat of the polish to your nails. Wait for the first coat to dry completely before applying a second coat.
