1. Apply a glitter primer (preferably NYX Glitter Primer) to the desired area for better adhesion. 2. Using a small brush or your fingertips, gently pat the glitter onto the primer without rubbing. 3. Continue applying until you achieve the desired intensity. 4. To remove, use an oil-based makeup remover, which gently removes glitter particles. Eyeshadows
