All you have to do is wash the potatoes or root vegetables before placing them in the peeler, then close the top cover of the peeler and press the power button after connecting it to electricity to start peeling the potatoes automatically. Because the top cover is transparent, you can see the potatoes inside the peeler in case they have finished peeling as required.
