-Apply the powder after applying liquid foundation. -You can apply it either with a special powder brush or with your fingertips. -For a flawless look, turn the container upside down and tap gently to allow the powder to settle in the tray. -Take some powder with the brush, remove any excess, and apply to the face. -Another method is to apply a small amount to the palm of your hand, warm it with your fingers, and then gently dab it onto the skin.
