Remove the lid before lighting the gel fuel. Place the fuel canister securely in the chafing dish fuel holder. Light the gel fuel carefully using a long match or lighter. Keep the flame away from flammable materials and avoid drafts. Do not move the chafing dish while the fuel is burning. Use only in well-ventilated areas to avoid inhaling fumes. Extinguish the flame by placing the lid back on the canister—do not blow it out. Allow the canister to cool completely before handling or storing. Do not refill or puncture the fuel canister. Keep out of reach of children and pets at all times. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Avoid skin and eye contact; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not ingest; if swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. Use only with compatible chafing dish fuel holders. Dispose of empty containers according to local hazardous waste guidelines.
