  • Place the empty mold on a baking tray before filling it to prevent spills. Grease lightly for best results. For cold dishes, rinse with cold water beforehand. Avoid direct contact with open flames and never cut into the mold with sharp instruments. Wait for the dessert to cool completely before removing it from the mold. Before first use, wash with warm water and detergent, dry, and lightly grease. For subsequent use, greasing is only needed if the mold is very dry. Silicone molds are easy to clean manually but avoid abrasive sponges or detergents.
