Cut out the desired tattoo. Apply it to clean and dry skin. Wet the tattoo with a sponge or damp cloth. After 20-30 seconds, carefully peel off the paper. Let the tattoo dry completely. To remove, clean the skin with alcohol-based makeup remover or baby oil, repeating the procedure if necessary.
