It can be cleaned in a dishwasher and used on all heat sources, including induction. To prepare the juice, place fruits or vegetables in the top container (sieve), set it above the collection container, and place the bottom pot with water underneath. The steam from the bottom pot will extract juice from the fruits or vegetables in the sieve and transfer it to the collection container. The juice can be drained during preparation using the attached hose.
