Stretch the balloon and insert the included stick into the valve at the bottom of the balloon; - Inflate the balloon by blowing into the stick. Avoid excessive inflation to prevent bursting; - Remove the stick and seal the valve by pressing the two lateral parts together; - The balloons can be deflated by inserting the inflation straw and gently pressing to release the air. To prolong the balloon's lifespan, avoid direct exposure to sun, air conditioning, frost, or other extreme conditions.
