Wash with warm water and mild detergent on first use, then dry thoroughly. Cook on medium-low heat; do not heat for long periods when empty. Preheat briefly before cooking; adjust oil/moistening requirements according to the recipe. Use wooden/silicone utensils to protect the surface; do not use metal knives/spatulas or wire/hard sponges. For cleaning, choose a non-scratch sponge and mild detergent; do not use abrasive chemicals. When using a dishwasher, select a low-temperature/protective program; hand washing is recommended for a longer lifespan. Do not place hot items in cold water; avoid sudden temperature changes. Do not expose the glass lid to impact; cool on a flat surface during sudden temperature changes. Oven/induction suitability varies according to the symbols on the model label; check before use. Store in a completely cool, dry, and ventilated environment.
