Pan
NEOFLAM
Wash with warm water and mild detergent for the first use, then dry with a soft cloth. Medium heat is ideal; do not heat an empty pan for long periods. Add a little oil after a short preheat. Use silicone/wooden utensils instead of metal to protect the coating when cooking eggs, crepes, and sautéed dishes. Gradually increase the heat for cooking that does not require high heat; avoid sudden temperature changes. Do not pour cold water on the surface while it is still hot after cooking; wait for it to cool naturally. Use a soft sponge for cleaning; avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals. Dishwasher safe; however, hand washing is recommended to prolong the coating's lifespan. Compatible with induction/gas/electric/radiant stoves; keep the base dry and clean. Place a thin protective cloth between items during storage to prevent scratching the surface.
