Dig a hole 110cm deep, ensure no dirt in the pipe by letting water flow for 30 seconds, connect the pipe and check for leaks, place hydrant on a gravel bed of 30cm, then add another 20cm of gravel and cover with foil to prevent mixing with soil before filling with soil to the original level.
