clamp the press to a table or another smooth surface using the fastening screw. Place a bowl under the perforated section to collect the tomato paste and another bowl at the end to collect the skins. Put cut tomatoes into the funnel and turn the crank. If the press gets stuck, turn the crank in the opposite direction.
