Do not use sharp sponges or tools to clean the lid. Always wash the container before first use and consume the cheese within 3 days. Store the cheese at a refrigerator temperature of 2-4°C, keeping the container closed with the silicone lid to prevent it from absorbing odors from the refrigerator.
