Before first use, wash with warm water and detergent. Do not soak in water; wipe dry. Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to maintain the shine of the steel. To prevent limescale stains, you can wipe dry with a soft cloth. Resistant to scratches from metal utensils; however, it is recommended to use wooden or silicone utensils.
