Apply a few drops of polish to the polishing pad. Press the pad several times on the paint area to distribute the polish, then start polishing at the lowest machine speed. Always work on small surfaces section-by-section, letting the pad glide over the surface without pressure. Gradually increase the speed until the polish changes to gloss and transparency, then reduce the speed back to the initial level.
