Before first use, wash with warm water and mild detergent. Before placing food inside, ensure the lid's 4 locks are fully closed; properly position the silicone gasket for leak-proof sealing. Suitable for refrigerator/freezer use. Do not create sudden temperature differences; thaw containers removed from the freezer at room temperature. Heat in the microwave without the lid (or with the latches open); do not place the lid in the microwave. Not suitable for oven/grill/barbecue. Dishwasher safe; clean the lid and gasket on the top rack using the warm cycle. Remove and wash the gasket periodically; replace it once completely dry. Use wooden/silicone spoons that won't scratch the glass; do not cut or chop. Ensure lids are closed when stacking. If odors occur, soak in warm water + baking soda and rinse. Do not drop or subject to sudden impacts. Store out of children's reach.
