"Open by tearing along the marked line (OPEN HERE). Press down on the marked areas on the sides (PUSH INWARD). After tightly wrapping your food container, cut the stretch film using the cutting knife provided. Usage may vary depending on the type and texture of the food you are using it on. It is used by wrapping it tightly around the food or the container it is in. Do not place food or the container it is in directly into the oven or microwave. Allow hot food to cool before wrapping it in stretch film. There is no harm in direct contact with food, except for oil and greasy foods.
