1. Unbox and Prepare - (Ensure all components are included. Attach the black nozzle tightly to the tank.), 2. Open the Valve - (Ensure the black nozzle is securely fixed. Then rotate the green valve counter-clockwise to open the tank.), 3. Attach the Balloon - (Place the balloon on the black nozzle securely.), 4. Inflate the Balloon - (Gently press the nozzle downwards to inflate. Avoid overinflation.), 5. Tie the Balloon - (Remove the balloon from the nozzle and tie it tightly with a ribbon.), 6. Close and Store - ( Turn the green valve clockwise to close. Store the tank safely.)
