To use liquid eyeliner, start by preparing your eyelids to ensure they are clean and dry. Before opening the eyeliner, shake it well to mix the formula evenly. Using the precision applicator, draw a thin line along your upper lash line, starting from the inner corner of your eye and moving towards the outer corner. For a winged eyeliner look, draw a line outwards from the outer corner of your eye and connect it to the rest of the eyeliner along your lash line. Once you have created the desired shape and thickness, allow the eyeliner to dry completely before opening your eyes or applying any other makeup. Remember to store your liquid eyeliner with the cap securely closed to prevent it from drying out or becoming contaminated.
