Sharpen your gel pencil eyeliner to ensure a precise line, or twist it up if it`s retractable. Gently pull your eyelid taut with your non-dominant hand and starting from the inner corner of your eye, draw a thin line along your lash line. Use short, quick strokes to create a smooth and even line, extending it outwards and upwards if you want a winged or cat-eye look. Once you`ve finished applying your eyeliner, let it dry for a few seconds before opening your eye to prevent smudging. For a more intense look, apply a second layer of eyeliner on top of the first one. To remove your gel pencil eyeliner, use a gentle eye makeup remover or cleansing oil.
