The product you purchased is covered by the Fissler Turkey warranty. Should the product malfunction in the future, you must contact the product's brand directly. You must keep the Warranty Certificate and invoice. If the product you receive is defective upon first use, you must contact the customer service department of the brand you purchased the product from to find out the nearest authorized service center, and then return the product to us via our contracted shipping company, along with the "SERVICE/EXCHANGE REPORT" issued by the brand's service center. Otherwise, the shipment will not be accepted and the product will be returned to you. Product shipments must be made via the contracted shipping company.
