I am 1.60 57 kg, I bought size S. If you have hips, it may throw off the ropes while wearing. The seams are very weak, and it pulls at the slightest contraction. The fabric can wrap the lycra body. I doubt it will deserve this money. It may be a usable savior but available at a discount
