Both sides can be used; the textured surface provides slip resistance. After use, clean the mat by wiping it with a damp cloth; do not wash it in a washing machine. Keep the product away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and humidity. Roll up the mat for storage and keep it in a dry environment. Protect it from sharp objects and pet scratches.
