NICORETTE® Nicotine Patch 16hr INVISIPATCH® is a once-a-day way to reduce nicotine cravings. For people who smoke 15 or more cigarettes per day: Weeks 1 to 8: Use step 1 (25mg/16hr). Weeks 9 to 10: Use step 2 (15mg/16hr). Weeks 11 to 12: Use step 3 (10mg/16hr). After 12 weeks: stop using the patch. For people who smoke less than 15 cigarettes per day: Weeks 1 to 8: Use step 2 (15mg/16hr). Weeks 9 to 12: Use step 3 (10mg/16hr). After 12 weeks: stop using the patch.
