Wash the interior surface of the pan thoroughly, then apply a thin layer of cooking oil to season it. To maintain the non-stick coating, do not heat the empty pan. Avoid heating oil or fat until it smokes or turns black. Use utensils made of nylon or wood. Avoid using any utensils with sharp edges. Cleaning instructions: Clean the interior and exterior surfaces with hot water and dish soap using a soft sponge. Please do not use: metal cleaning pads. Avoid using abrasive cleaning pads or wire brushes. Hand washing is ed as it is easier to clean. Wipe with a paper towel or rinse with water.
