Wash the interior surface of the frying pan thoroughly, then apply a thin layer of cooking oil to season it. To maintain the non-stick coating, do not heat the empty frying pan. Avoid heating oil or fat until it smokes or turns black. Use utensils made of nylon or wood. Avoid using any tools with sharp edges. Clean the interior and exterior surfaces using hot water and dish soap with a soft sponge. Please do not use: metal cleaning pads. Avoid using abrasive cleaning pads or wire brushes. Hand washing cookware is ed as it is easier to clean. Wipe it with a paper towel or rinse it with water.
