Clean the nasal passage by gently blowing your nose before using Xlear. Prepare the pump by holding the sinus rinse bottle upright and pumping it once or more until the saline solution is dispensed. Insert the nozzle into the nostril and depress the pump fully while breathing through your nose. Spray each nostril 2-4 times and use at least twice daily.
