Alchemilla boasts antioxidant properties, accelerates wound healing, reduces discomfort caused by aphthae, helps alleviate menstrual pain, and is also beneficial in treating diarrhea. Composition: aerial flowering part of the plant alchemilla vulgaris. How to use: internally: an infusion of one teaspoon of the herb in a glass of water.
drink 2-3 cups a day. Externally: as a mouth wash or wound healing infusion.
