Fenugreek tea is a dietary supplement, obtained from the seeds of the Trigonella foenum-graecum plant.

These seeds are rich in active compounds such as choline, trigonelline, lecithin, volatile oils, and tannins, being a valuable source of iron, magnesium, and phosphates.

This product is known for its antiseptic, , and -lowering properties, contributing to the maintenance of a healthy metabolism.

Internally, fenugreek tea can be used to alleviate conditions such as anorexia, dyspepsia, , and to stimulate carbohydrate, protein, and lipid metabolism, having beneficial effects on the central nervous system.

Method of administration: for internal use, prepare an infusion by boiling 1-2 teaspoons of seeds in 250 ml of water for 1-2 boils, then allow it to steep covered for 10-15 minutes.

It is recommended to consume 2-3 cups per day.

For external use, the ground seeds are mixed with a little water and apple cider vinegar to form a paste applicable to the affected areas.

It is important to note that this product is not recommended in large quantities for individuals with kidney conditions and is contraindicated for pregnant women.
