Adserv's Ginger Tea is made from 100% ginger rhizomes (Zingiber officinale), offering a solution for supporting health.
This tea is recommended for the normal functioning of the digestive system and for reducing the sensation of nausea.
It also helps maintain normal levels of and triglycerides, supports respiratory health, and boosts immunity.
For internal use, prepare an infusion by pouring 250 ml of boiling water over a teaspoon of the plant.
Cover the vessel and let it steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
It is recommended to consume 2-3 cups a day, 30 minutes before meals.
For maximum benefits, you can follow treatment courses of 1-2 weeks, followed by a 3-day break, after which the treatment can be resumed.
Externally, the tea can be used in the form of compresses to relieve joint dysfunctions or baths to improve blood circulation.
It is important to note that at the recommended doses, no adverse effects are known, except for those allergic to ginger.
However, caution is necessary for people with increased hemorrhagic risk or gallstones, as well as during pregnancy.
