The seaweed brand Algamar offers wild harvested seaweeds from the unpolluted coasts of Galicia, Spain.

This gray-brown seaweed grows at a depth of approximately 12 meters.
Rich in glutamic acid, it helps normalize pulse and is abundant in minerals, especially calcium and magnesium.
Usage instructions include baking at 200°C for 5 minutes, frying in heated palm or coconut oil, pressure cooking for 20 minutes, or boiling for 1 hour with chickpeas, lentils, beans, or similar seeds.
