Apply mascara while looking in the mirror, moving the brush side-to-side and from root to tip. Look up to apply to lower lashes. Use the rounded tip of the brush to cover each lash and enjoy a defined look. Wait until the lashes are tacky to apply a second coat on the upper lashes.
