The bi-phase formula of this makeup remover (a combination of oils with a soothing effect of avene thermal spring water and makeup removal effect) helps to strengthen the eyelashes while removing waterproof makeup.
It is hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic.
Does not contain parabens.
