I bought the product on sale. Frankly, I think it is a problematic product. I think it is defective because the battery charges extremely late and runs out very quickly. The blades cut very hard and hurt my beard. It shaves by breaking off. It does not have easy transitions. I have a lot of difficulty in shortening the beard. When I put it on the charger, although it charges for hours, the red indicator is always on. It does not show a full charge in green. Even though I charged it for about 5 hours, the red light is constantly on. I do not recommend you to buy the product.
