Instructions for Use/Warnings: Apply 2 times a day and allow to dry. Apply to the eye with the brush directly on the outer, cleaned base of the eyelashes, one brush stroke is enough. Apply a few brush strokes to the cleansed eyebrows until the eyebrows are completely wet.
