Product description
Elevit 1 is a dietary supplement with multivitamins and minerals designed to support the increased nutritional needs of women trying to conceive or in their first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
It contains folic acid in the bioactive L-methylfolate calcium form (Metafolin), which helps maintain optimal folic acid levels during pre-conception and the first trimester.
The supplement also includes iron, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 to reduce fatigue, as well as zinc for hormonal balance.
Administration: Take one film-coated tablet daily, preferably with breakfast and water.
If experiencing morning sickness, take at lunch or dinner.
Ingredients per tablet: Vitamin A-770 µg, Vitamin B1-1.4 mg, Vitamin B2-1.4 mg, Vitamin B3-18 mg, Vitamin B5-6 mg, Vitamin B6-1.9 mg, Vitamin B7-30 µg, Vitamin B12-2.6 µg, Vitamin C-85 mg, Vitamin D-5 µg, Vitamin E-10 mg, Folic acid-800 µg (400 µg as pteroyl monoglutamic acid and 400 µg as L-methylfolate calcium), Calcium-125 mg, Magnesium-100 mg, Iron-14 mg, Zinc-11 mg, Manganese-2 mg, Copper-1 mg, Iodine-150 µg, Selenium-60 µg.
