The new and improved model of theSuperBenrinermandolin, made in Yamaguchi, Japan, has blade made of compressedstainless steelthat is heat-treated and, then, hand-finished to provide an extra sharp and long-lasting blade.
Seen as a standard in any professional kitchen, the Benriner products are the sharpest madolines on the market, with blades of exceptional quality reminiscent of the Japanese knives.
The side wheel adjusts the blade according to thickness to allow you to reach the desired slice width from0.5 mmto0.8 mm
