Eastern province Zheijang is famous for Lung Ching tea, cultivated near Lake Xihu, close to the town of Longjing, since the Tang Dynasty.
Known as 'Dragon Well' due to a legend about a rain-bringing dragon, it was granted the highest possible title, 'Emperor’s Tea.
' Its taste explains why.
Now sourced from cultivation, it is light, slightly sweet, with fruity flavor, while maintaining the classic green tea character, with a truly regal note.
Preparation: 4 - 5 full teaspoons / 1 liter, 75-80° C, 3 - 5 minutes.
