Product description
Two-component universal polyurethane adhesive (Bison Power Adhesive) for difficult applications.
Adheres to many surfaces including metal, stainless steel, aluminium, zinc, concrete, stone, marble, ceramics, tiles, glass, rubber and many plastics
not suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene, PTFE or silicone sealants.
Properties: water resistant, temperature resistant from -30°C to +100°C, high strength (approx.
1800 N/cm2 final adhesion).
Mixing ratio: 4 parts resin to 1 part hardener.
Working (pot) time: ~15 minutes.
Partial adhesion ~1 hour
final adhesion/curing approx.
48 hours (may vary with surface, amount applied, humidity and temperature).
Preparation: surfaces must be clean, degreased and dry
degrease with Bison Thinner for Bison Kit or acetone if needed
lightly sand smooth surfaces.
Use protective gloves.
Packaging: 65 ml twin tube (spatula included).
Shelf life: 24 months if stored sealed at +10°C to +20°C.
