Product description
Bugaboo Dragonfly Stroller Sun Canopy Grey Melange The Bugaboo Dragonfly Stroller Sun Canopy Grey Melange is designed to protect your child from sun, wind, and light rain during daily outings.
Specifically made for the Dragonfly model, the canopy extends generously over the bassinet or seat to create a comfortable shaded area.
Its Grey Melange design blends seamlessly with modern, urban, or minimalist stroller setups.
Sun and Weather Protection The canopy fabric has a UPF 50+ treatment, helping to filter strong sunlight and reduce direct exposure to your child’s sensitive skin.
The extendable panel and pop-out visor can be adjusted according to the sun’s position, providing better coverage when needed.
The material is also water-resistant, offering extra protection against light wind or summer drizzle.
Ventilation, Visibility, and Comfort The canopy includes a peekaboo window so you can check on your child without fully lifting the canopy.
Depending on your Dragonfly stroller version, this window is complemented by a mesh panel for air circulation to prevent overheating.
Your child enjoys light in a shaded, well-ventilated space, ideal for short naps or longer strolls on warm days.
Compatibility and Installation The Bugaboo Dragonfly Sun Canopy Grey Melange is made exclusively for Bugaboo Dragonfly strollers, tailored to the frame’s shape.
The package includes only the canopy fabric
wires and clips are reused from the original canopy or purchased separately.
Installation is intuitive—insert the wires into the canopy channels and attach to the frame at the designated points for a stable fit during use and folding.
Daily Use and Travel For everyday city walks, park visits, or vacations, the canopy reduces discomfort from direct sunlight and light wind gusts.
The extended coverage creates a small cocoon of shade for on-the-go naps, and the visor protects when light comes from the front.
The canopy also allows updating your stroller’s look without changing the entire system, ideal for adding a fresh color or preparing it for a second child.
Modern Materials and Easy Care The canopy fabric is primarily polyester, water-repellent, and PFAS-free, reducing environmental impact according to Bugaboo’s new standards.
It can be machine washed at around 30°C on a delicate cycle
simply remove the canopy from the frame, place it in a laundry bag, and air dry.
For daily maintenance, a quick wipe with a damp cloth removes dust and light marks.
Grey Melange Style Details The Grey Melange shade is a balanced textured grey that pairs easily with black, silver, or dark frames and other Bugaboo textiles.
Clean finishes and discreet stitching maintain a premium look, and the melange texture hides minor marks from frequent use.
The canopy looks good both in photos and during everyday use.
