    Product Q&As

Good evening. For an insole length of 24 cm, should I get a size 37 or 38?

    Answer from Cameleon leather shoes

Good evening, you need a size 38.

    Translated by Google

Hello, do the sizes match? Is there a size difference? Like, if I'm a 37, can I get a 38?

    Answer from Cameleon leather shoes

Hello, yes, the sizes match exactly. Size 37 measures 23.5 cm, and size 38 measures 24.

    Translated by Google

I ordered size 37, but I received one shoe in size 37 and one in size 36. How is that possible?

    We chatted via text, right?

Do they also fit a wider foot?

    Answer from Cameleon leather shoes

It's actually a wide last, but if your feet are even wider, we can fit you into an even wider last

    Answer from Cameleon leather shoes

Good evening. Yes, it's a fairly wide last. If you'd like a wider pair, just let me know your name when you place your order, and I'll send you a wider pair. We're the manufacturers, so we can make them with a wider last.

Hello, no, but they're lined with a thermal material that's much higher quality than fur; it keeps you very warm without making you sweat while wearing them
