Before first use, wash the pan with warm water and detergent, then rinse thoroughly and dry. To extend the life of the product before first use, after washing and drying, coat it with a thin layer of oil/butter. After baking, allow to cool for a few minutes, then remove the food from the pan. We recommend cleaning the pan by hand with a soft sponge and dish detergent. Only use nylon, plastic, or wooden utensils inside the pan. Do not use metal or sharp utensils to cut the food inside the pan. Do not heat the pan without food to avoid damaging the non-stick coating. To avoid the risk of burns, do not handle the hot pan or oven without protection on your hands. Also, do not place the hot tray on surfaces that may be damaged (wood, parquet, plastic, etc.). Keep hot products away from children.
