It is recommended to perform the test at the same time daily for accurate results. It is not advised to use the first morning urine, and it is preferable to reduce fluid intake two hours before testing. Remove the cap, then place the tip of the test stick in the urine stream for 5-10 seconds, or immerse the tip in a clean urine sample for 10-15 seconds. Replace the cap and place the test stick on a flat, dry surface. Wait 3 to 5 minutes to read the result. If two clear lines appear, this indicates a rise in LH hormone, suggesting that the best time for conception is within the next 24-36 hours. If one line appears or the second line is lighter, this means that the hormonal rise has not occurred yet. The result is not valid after 10 minutes. Each test is for one-time use only.
