Wash the pots with hot water and dish soap before first use to remove any manufacturing residues, then dry them thoroughly. Allow the pots and lids to cool completely before cleaning. Avoid immersing hot pots or lids in cold water to prevent warping or damage. Do not place hot pots or lids on very cold surfaces or in cold water to avoid sudden temperature changes that might cause damage.

Before first use, clean the pan with hot water and dish soap, rinse, and dry it. Coat all surfaces (inside, outside, and handles) with vegetable oil and place it upside down in an oven on a tray at the highest temperature for one hour. Allow it to cool inside the oven. This process creates a protective layer that prevents rust and sticking. Regular seasoning is required to maintain this layer. To clean, use salt and hot water with a scrub pad or lemon, avoiding chemical cleaners. Store with a layer of vegetable oil, and if rust forms, remove with a sponge or soak in a water-vinegar mix, followed by reseasoning. Note
