Ingredients: nalba (althaea officinalis) - root (20%), pine (pinus sylvestris) - buds (20%), peppermint (mentha piperita) - top (15%), anise (pimpinella anisum) - fruit (10%), licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra) - root (10%), lichen plant (cetraria islandica) - thallus (10%), lavender (lavandula angustifolia) - flowers (5%).
Internal management: powder for sublingual application - finely ground with a plant-based electric grinder.
Take one teaspoon 3-4 times a day.
The powder is kept under the tongue or chewed for 10-15 minutes, then swallowed with water.
Cold maceration: prepare by adding 2 teaspoons of the herb to 250 ml of water.
