Product description
Bulgur is durum wheat that is soaked, boiled, air-dried, and then coarsely chopped.
Very popular in Turkey and Arab countries, bulgur is often used in ways similar to rice, in dishes, pilafs, etc.
This organic bulgur from the German organic product manufacturer Davert is produced from durum wheat from organic farming.
Recommended preparation method: Put the bulgur to boil in twice the amount of water and boil over low heat for approximately 10 minutes.
Season to taste and process further.
