Davert Organic Red Beans are floury inside but have a firm consistency.
Produced in China, this organic red bean variety from the German organic products manufacturer Davert comes from organic farming and Fair Trade.
Recommended preparation method: As a side dish for 2 people, wash 100 g of beans well, soak in plenty of water for about 12 hours, and boil in fresh water for 60-90 minutes.
Only add salt at the end of the cooking time.
